Business Update
As we close Fiscal Year 2025 and open Fiscal Year 2026, we are focused on improving key results: generating revenue at the proper margin and managing expenses to drive the operating income for a healthy company. We do this by winning every order opportunity in each segment every day. This is accomplished by all Gardner team members driving collaborative urgency and frictionless service, ensuring our customers are at the heart of what we do every day. The Outdoor Power Equipment segment has seen a fair amount of challenges in the past few years. We at Gardner have remained resilient and will continue doing so as we move through the upcoming year. In addition to achieving our financial plan for 2026, we have our last and final D365 conversion of our Western businesses (Salem and BCS), which is targeted for a Dec 1st Go Live. We are looking forward to a successful cut-over and finally being on one system company-wide. Thanks for your hard work in all our activities. Let's achieve a successful 2026 together!

D365 Go Live Success - West Coast

The final chapter of our westward expansion of D365 is drawing near. Members of the Salem team have traveled across the country to Columbus and experienced the new system in its full glory and have made the journey back home to share what they've learned. Collectively we've traversed (data) streams, foraged for morsels of information, and traded paper and pencil for scan guns capable of hitting the most ambitious of targets.

The coming weeks will be spent training, testing, and fine tuning the last details needed to go-live on 12/1/2025. There has been a tremendous amount of effort by all team members to evaluate legacy processes and procedures and ensure that translates to the new system environment so we can continue to service the business successfully.

There is still more work to do, but we are excited that by the end of this year we will officially be operating as One Gardner on One System and be able to leverage all the knowledge, information, and support we have across the entire organization to reach new heights together!

To everyone involved — thank you for your dedication, teamwork, and commitment. This go live marks a major milestone, and it couldn't have happened without you!
